None of our fresh meats come from outside the Pacific Northwest. Oregon farms carried by the Kiva include:
- Knee Deep Cattle Company: Free Range, 100% Grass Fed, Humane Certified Local Beef. Products carried: New York Steak; Culotte Steak (the top cap of the top sirloin); Top Round Steak; Tri-Tip Steak; Stew Meat; London Broil; Frozen Ground Beef Chubs; Frozen Ground Beef Patties; Fresh Ground Beef; Brisket; Cube Steak; Chuck Steak
- Cattail Creek Lamb: UPDATE: Unfortunately, Cattail Creek Farm went out of business in March of 2011. The good folks at Cattail Creek are working to bring the farm back to life, so in the spirit of positive thinking we are going to leave this link up and hope that this amazing local farm graces our shelves again sometime very soon!
- Lonely Lane Farms: Free Range, 100% grass fed, local beef and pasture raised heritage pork breeds. - Rain Shadow El Rancho: Local, free-ranging, grass fed buffalo (American Bison); and whole free range chickens available seasonally spring, summer and fall.
